Processing Fee

The World Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies (WJMS) has a clear fee structure based on academic merit. This ensures that editorial choices remain completely separate from financial factors.

Submission and Editorial Processing Fees:

There are no hidden or upfront fees. Authors can submit their manuscripts for free. All initial screenings, plagiarism checks, and peer reviews are done at no cost.

Mandatory Charges:

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is needed only after a manuscript is formally accepted for publication. This single fee includes DOI assignment, professional copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, and long-term digital storage.

The standard pricing model is as follows:

• Indian Authors: ₹5,000 INR

• Foreign Authors: USD 100$

Waivers and Discounts:

Partial or full APC waivers are managed according to WJMS guidelines. Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries, those with real financial difficulties, or individuals submitting invited articles may request a waiver. To ensure fair assessment, waiver requests should be submitted at the time of the initial manuscript submission and are processed separately from peer review.

Refund and Additional Policies:

All figures and graphs are published in full color at no extra charge. There are no additional page or color fees. The APC is non-refundable once production has started, which includes typesetting, copyediting, or DOI assignment. However, a full refund will be promptly given if an article does not publish due to an error on the journal's part.
